Pride and patriotism are on the line this week In Chicago at the 2012 Ryder Cup. From tee to green, captains will be expecting strong performances out of their players so they can hoist the cup. In turn, players will expect even more out of their golf balls and golf clubs. And this week at Medinah, more players will trust Vokey wedges than any other brand.
The Vokey team has been hard at work, crafting something very special for the Vokey loyalists on both the European and US teams. For the US team, Bob and his team of WedgeWorks craftsman laser etched the US Flag on the back of a Vokey TVD Black Oxide wedge, custom engraved their names, and finished the wedge with a special US team Dynamic Gold shaft and patriot grip. The European team wedges feature a laser etched EU flag, blue and yellow paintfill, the Euro team Dynamic Gold shaft and a Vokey VDR blue and gold grip.
To celebrate the playing of the Ryder Cup, Team Titleist is giving away one of these custom, commemorative Vokey wedges.
