I'm sure this has been answered before but I can't find it.
Are all shafts for 910/913 drivers tipped by 0.5inch?
Thanks.

Re: Driver shaft tipping

Hi Dean,

For the RIP Phenom 60 S, tipping would be 0.5" unless you wanted to achieve a different characteristic.

Yes - we could arrange uplift of your shaft, tip it and fit the 910 coupling. You simply need to ask your pro / authorised Titleist retailer to contact our returns department to confirm costs and to raise an order for the work.

Hope that helps.

Re: Driver shaft tipping
Hi Dean,

Our standard stock shafts aren't tipped, but custom / exotic shafts are tipped between 0.5" and 1" depending on the manufacturer and how strong the shaft is.

Hope this helps
Thanks for your quick response.

I actually wanted to know specifically for a Aldila RIP Phenom 60 S, I have picked a raw one up and am going to put it in my 910D2.

Would Titleist tip that shaft?
