I am looking at buying a new stand bag. Has anyone purchased any of the 2017 Titleist Stand Bags? Just looking for some advice. Thanks

Hi Darren! It might be easier to give an answer if we knew what you are using today. I've bought the Players 5 bag from 2017 and used it a couple of rounds, first impressions are good. It's lighter then my old lightweight bag from 2015(16?) and even though it's smaller in size I prefer it as a carrying bag as I also have a cart-bag. Can't go wrong with any of the new bags I reckon. Good luck!

I currently have an older Titleist stand bag and a cart bag. I use the cart bag more just because I can get more stuff in it. When I use my stand bag and put an extra towel and rain gear in it I find that my clubs won't come out or go in as easy. I'm wondering if this is still a problem with the newer bags. They look bigger than mine so I'm hoping that issue is resolved. Thanks!
  4. I currently have a Titleist Standbag with 14 way top. I bought it 2015 so i belive it is the former model but i guess the 14 way 2017 is the same or better. I mean they both look silly good! A friend of mine said "it kind of look like a formula 1 type bag" =) Mine is awsome and i really recomend it! All the features you need and plenty of pockets for clothes and stuff.

    Highly recommended!

    Best regards from Sweden.

  5. I just picked up a Players 4 bag. Its does everything I need it to do very well.

It will carry everything you could possibly need for a round of golf.

I've bought both the Stadry Cart bag and Stand bag as play at different courses with friends in all sorts of weather, this year the stand bag has 5 dividers not 4 and also an insulated drink holder, plenty of room for waterproofs and accessories, I guess it depends what you like for the top of the bag, 14,5 or 4 dividers, also it's really light with the option of 1 or 2 straps.

I got the Players 5 not too long ago, very nice bag, easy to carry, looks great.

I just purchased a player 4 bag it's a perfect carry bag comfortable with more than enough storage. It's light weight and it's perfect for a 70+ senior to carry for 18 holes. So it should be really easy for you young guys.
  9. 4up bag is the best bag I have ever purchased fully waterproof very light and great colours to choose from

I use the mid-size Staff bag the most (of course I don't have to carry it, electric push cart), but have the Staff stand bag that I take when I travel, and like Andrew I have the 4up stand bag too (for when I forget to charge the battery of the cart, and have to walk and carry), and it's the best carry bag I've had. Very light, fully waterproof, including the zippers and looks great in the standard Titleist colors.

I bought the new 2017 Staff Stand Bag this year. I like everything about it. I was reluctant to purchase it. I have an older (Pro-Titanium) Tour Staff bag, I wanted something smaller but still wanted the tour look. It fits everything I had in the larger Tour Staff bag with no problems at all.
