915h Repair Problem

    Hi,

    I'm having a problem with my 915h hybrid. There is something shifting back and forth inside the head. When you remove the weight you can see it sliding around. It was sent in for evaluation/repair and because of possibly some miscommunication it was sent back. My pro is sending it back again for evaluation/repair and I thought it might help if I contacted you as well. Can you please contact me so I can describe the problem in detail. Thanks! Dave

    Hi David, Please take the club to your local pro and have them set up a Warranty inspection. We will bring in the head and see if it can be fixed. If not, they will contact your pro to let him/her know what options are available.

    Thanks for responding so quickly! Its on its way back to you right now. I was hoping you could flag it or something. Its not immediately evident what's wrong with it.

    Hi David,

    As Cathi mentioned, take the club to an authorized Titleist dealer and they will be able to assist you. I had a similar issue with my 915 D2 driver, where there was a rattle and I took it to a authorized dealer and they were able send it back to Titleist and Titleist was great and sent me a new driver head. It all only took about 7-10 business days from when I dropped off my club to me getting the replacement.

    The customer service is the best and I appreciated that Titleist did that so quickly!!

    To close this out Cathi replied to me twice yesterday (here and via e-mail) but as usual I jumped the gun. My pro called Titleist directly and cleared up the whole thing. Since the 915h is out of production they agreed to replace it with the CURRENT 816h head!
    Folks it just doesn't get better than this!!
    Titleist - superior everything including service!!!
