It was a a cold windy day at a local golf course where me and my friend went to just the mess around. I'm 20 years old and have been playing golf for about 6 years now and I'm getting better. Over the summber i made my first eagle and i posted it on he, now im back with my ace. The craziest thing about this whole thing is the ball i got my eagle with is the ball i got my Hole-n-One with. Well I was on hole 6, 162 yards, with wind in my face i pulled out my 8 iron teed it up and just put a little draw on it. I hit it pure and didnt really see where it winded up. We walked around the green for like 5 minutes and he said just as a joke why dont you go look in the hole. So i did thinking i wouldnt see anything and low and behold there was my Pro V1 sitting there looking back at me, and i was so happy my friend ran up to the green to see. I was so happy i called the club house to tell them. Thats my Ace story.

Cutest tiny golfer

Presley H. in a super cool hat!

First hole out

When my swing coach and I approached to my ball on the 9th hole, I made a bad swing and my ball went in the water. He then tossed me a pro v1(the ball that I use now) and told me to just aim a little right of the pin, narrow my stance, and swing. I had been playing a very good round from the back tees and when I was on hole 16, the employee of the golf shop was picking up the flags. He told the others in front of me to discontinue their round because it was starting to get late. He let me proceed because I had my own golf cart. I quickly finished 16 and 17 and approached 18. There were three men finishing up their round and then I got my club to tee off. My skycaddie said 164 to center but i knew it was shorter because of the pin placements throughout the day. I used my 4 Hybrid and a Titleist Pro-V1 #1 and I took a nice swing. I hadn't know that it was in the hole because of the darkness and no flags. I checked the hole when I came to the green and found my ball sitting in it. I diligently played rounds and hit shots to compare and report the results to Titleist. After doing such I had one ball left in the bag that was skinned and slightly bruised but still playable for winter golf.

I teed up that ball with three others in late November at my club in West Virginia. Hit one off the first tee and had no idea what was to come.

I didn't practice any shots or chips or putts before playing but was just interested in getting out and swinging. I missed several opportunities to go low but I was hitting and putting great.

I've played for over 30 years and fluctuated between a 6 to 10 handicap, and never broke par. Well on that late November day I came into 17 even par. Number 17 is our #2 handicap and I hit the green and made the putt. Parred 18 to shoot one under, a 69.

Had my second hole in one in April(both with ProV's) but was much more excited about the 69 than anything I've ever done in golf. We all decided it would be fun to split up my brother and I and team up with either my father or Harry. We would play 36 holes best ball match play and no strokes. The winning team would pick a local restaurant of choice and the loosing team would have to foot the bill for dinner including wives. As both my brother and dad play Titleist Pro V1, and both I and Harry play Pro V1x, that was the deciding factor in the teams. Last but not least, we have had this team match 5 different times and do it no more than once a year. Friday, just before dark, we hopped in the golf cart with camera in hand in hopes of catching a few good pics of deer.

We decided to play a couple of holes, so my husband, Mark teed off and hit the ball in the center of the fairway at the bottom of a hill. When I walked out to see his shot, a red fox ran out of the bushes and chased his ball down and began playing with the ball like a kitten.

We decided to see how close we could get to him in the cart. When we got within about 30 yards, the fox put the ball in his mouth and ran off. He stopped just on the other side of a bunker (about another 30 yards) and stood and looked at us. Finally he dropped the ball and just sat there.

The pics are fuzzy because it was getting dark, but they are untouched and real.

And yes, we let him keep the ball. We figure he has a pile of golf balls stashed somewhere in the woods.
