    I'm still playing SM4s. I'm looking to upgrade to SM6, or SM7. But what grind? Now I have SM4 54.11 & 58.09. Would "S" Grind be comparable? In SM6 & SM7- "S" they only offer 54.10 & 58.10.

Probably pretty close to your current set. Assuming you are happy with current results and most course conditions favor that set up? You can always go and get fit just like you would for a full iron set. You can also pick up extra wedges with less bounce to interchange depending on course conditions. No matter which route you go, you cant go wrong with new Vokeys. Enjoy.

Hey Dan ... I would suggest that you get a full wedge fitting. The fitter will be able to work with you to find lofts, bounces and grinds to best match your game - especially in terms of yardage gaps and the grinds that match your swing type, etc.

I think you would be very pleased with the results. My only other suggestion is that if it can fit within your budget, I would strongly suggest the SM7 wedges - so long as your getting replacement wedges, you may as well go with the newest offerings available!

Would love to hear what you ultimately decided to do Dan!

As Dale mentioned. Best bet is to get a fitting. The Titleist Thursdays should be coming up. Check in your area and sign up for one. They are free. Might suggest taking your nine iron from your set with you so the fitter can match the wedge to you set (shaft and lie).

I’ve been hitting all the new grinds as my club is a fitting center for Titleist. The 58.09 has been my lob wedge for years. I have 3 of them. Gonna try the S and L grind today. I strongly believe you should take them on the course, Find a tight lie to a short side pin to test your Lob wedge. I took the M, K and D grinds out yesterday I holed one out yesterday with the was 60 K grind but had issues with a full shots in that grind. Didnt like the M much but most love it. Ball ran up the face a few times and went nowhere. When I hit them all good they stopped on a dime.

The 54-14 F grind is already ordered for my SW. Been playing Cleveland 588 56 bent to 54 for decades, I bought 5 before the groove rule change. The 54-14 just bumped them out of the bag
I want a high bounce SW and a lower bounce lob. I usually square up the Lob and play more variety shots with the Sand. Without a short game I’d have no game somedays!

Good news, The SM4 58.09 is nearly identical to the SM7 L grind. The SM7 says 58.04 but it actually looks like more bounce. I took some photos for you. The black finish was on the demo. It played the same. Ordering mine today.
