  1. I have played the 915 H (21* and 19*) for the past 3 years and am thinking of upgrading to the 818 H2. I love the Fujikura Motore Speeder HB 8.8 Tour Spec shaft in my 915's and am wondering if they can be put in the 818's.

Yes you can use your 915 shaft in the 818. I would suggest working with a fitter to ensure you are getting the same performance from the head/shaft combo as you were with your 915 head/shaft combo. New head with the weight may change the performance dynamics.
  3. Yes, they should be able to be swapped out. Titleist has used their SureFit hosel in these clubs for quite some time now and have not changed it from 2015 to now.

That shaft isn't in the current custom matrix. You could reuse the 915 shaft in the 818 but the Surefit adapter will only adjust 0.75 degrees instead of 1 degree changes in loft and/or lie. You can't just buy a head, so maybe on of the newer shafts could become your next best friend,,,,

This is what I was wondering about, if it'd have a .75* or 1* movement.

    So it'll only move .75*?

It's been awhile since the 816's came out, but that's how I remember it. The 1 degree increment requires an 816/818 head and and 816/818 Surefit. The 913-915 Surefits only adjust 0.75 degrees in the 816/818 heads.
