Seems to me that the club you were at should be responsible for getting you a new replacement shaft (ordered from Titleist), since their employee caused the shaft to be broken.

Titleist will sell you any shaft in the matrix. Your local pro shop can specify the same shaft/flex/length.

You could find one on ebay.
There are few with the Titleist adaptor.
