Yep Mark, tons of comments here on the forum related to this topic so feel free to search through them for answers. Most of us get our stuff by attending TT event. Sometimes local, sometimes the bigger events. The bigger the event, the more items that are given out. Second best way is to tour the Ball Plant in Massachusetts where they have a TT gift shop at the end of the tour. Info on how to sign up for the tour under the Balls tab. Scroll down until you find the topic. Lastly is the occasional open purchase opportunities that might show up here on the forum. Usually very limited in items and they go quickly and random in how often they might be offered. USA opportunities differ from those in other regions of the world.
