I was on a golf trip with my brother and 6 other people in Scotland playing 10 rounds in 10 days. We had just finished up Carnoustie and the St Andrews courses (including the Old Course) and it was time to play Kingsbarns; a beautiful coastal course just north of St Andrews. Number 8 is a par 3 downhill towards the ocean. I listened to my caddie who suggested I take it straight over the front bunker with my Titleist AP1 8 iron and let the ball roll towards the cup which was back left. I ended up hitting a perfect shot that resulted in my name being forever engraved in the clubhouse on a hole-in-one plague. I'm definitely going to have to bring my kids back one day to see it. The ProV1 with my son's high school logo is now forever enshrined in my office joining me in the background for all of my work Zoom calls.
