A lot of factors here. I am a walker and love my Carbon & my Sta Dry bags.
I heard great things about the Hybrid 5 for walkers and riders.
    Not sure about puer riders.

Best bag is the one that fits your playing style. People who always ride or use a pull cart gravitate to the larger bags. People who like to walk pick a stand bag and those even vary based on how much extra "stuff" one carries. StaDry versions for those who play often in the rain. Great thing is there are so many choices you can easily find one that fits your style and playing characteristics. Good luck!

Two years ago I sprung for the Premium Stand Bag. Best bag I have ever owned and worth the extra money. It still looks like new.

For me, it's the Midsize Staff bag. I no longer walk so the walkers may differ, but the Midsize Staff bag has plenty of storage, a 6 way top and can take the rigors of the golf cart and travel. Last but not least, it looks great!

Depends on your personal needs. I ride all the time, due to medical issues and love my midsize tour bags. They make great cart bags, but my choice is the premium bags.
  7. I REALLY like my 2021 Hybrid 14

Lots of factors to consider ... for example, do you walk? If so, do you carry or use a push cart? I walk and carry and I love my Linksmaster Members Bag. It’s a little heavier than the Players Carbon and Players 4, but I prefer the three dividers and the classic look.

I agree with other posters, depends a lot on a player's preference. Generally, it can be broken down to whether you walk or ride. For me, I prefer to walk and carry so it's the Carbon for me. It's a great bag that light and the pocket are spacious enough to hold the items I have for the day. I have a cart bag that I will use when I ride. Titleist has so many options that I'm sure you can find something that suits your wants.

More importantly, it would be good to inspect the bags in person so you know exactly what you're getting. Purchases based solely on reviews and item descriptions may not provide the information you need to make a good decision.

I use a midsize star bag with a push cart and sometimes a Scotty Cameron Sunday bag.

It does depend but I will say riding or walking I still like the stand bags. I hate when I go to the range and my bag would fall over so i really like the 5 hybrid bag. Gives me extra storage and fits well on my push cart.

I walk with a Clicgear 3.5. So I use the Cart 14 it fits well on my clicgear & doesn't shift, then on some courses I ride & it does very well there too. I don't carry a lot of stuff but the 9 pockets on this bag will hold plenty of items if you choose to carry them.

  13. I have the Titleist Tour bag and Titleist Players 4 Stadry stand bag - both are amazing!
Tour bag, which I really is awesome, used when it’s not too wet to use my electric / push trolley.
Stadry stand bag when conditions are too wet for trolleys. I also use this when travelling, or not sure whether I’ll need to carry or trolley.

The bag I’ve just retired is a cart stadry bag from a few seasons ago, which was also great, but for me the tour bag is different level.

If you are going to ride, I would recommend the Cart 14 bag. It will meet all you needs for a cart bag.

I just got my '21 Cart 15 bag and I love it. Having 15 slots is pretty awesome to fit a spot for your alignment sticks. Lots of storage for my wet gear and can fit three tall boys in the drink storage PLUS two external water bottle holders. Excellent cart bag and i'm really happy with how it looks! I got the black/red

For those with push carts, Does the midsize staff bag do well on a clic gear?

I use my mid staff bag on my push cart with no issues (c my profile pic). However I have seen it easier to carry my lighter stand bag especially on hills and when I play the Bethpage Black up and down hills.
  18. Was an early adopter of the Linksmaster bag as my club was one of the first to offer it.

I walk 90% of my rounds and was happy with the bag for the first 9 months or so.

Its really not holding up very well. The zipper on the ball bag has completley come undone. The dividers between the 3 section are starting to bunch in the middle and now they don't keep the clubs seperate which leads to all kinds of club tangle.

Given the construction of the zippers looks robust and supposed to be waterproof I reach out to Titleist about a repair of the ball zipper and was 100% denied. The bag is bascially useless now because i can't put it on my back without all my golf balls and ball markers falling out.

Going back to Sun Mountain. They stand behind their products and the logevity and quality seems to be better. Linksmaster is Titleist top flight carry bag. They sell it for a premium+ price. To get ZERO willingness to fix it after only 17 months of use is pretty weak.

I would avoid this bag as they really haven't figured out how to deliver this particular product. Maybe it gets better in Gen 2 or 3.

Not sure how early you got your Linksmaster but I've had mine for over a year and I have not had any issues.

I like to walk and use tyler golf bags based in SD as I don't see a bag similar to what Titleist makes. It's kind of like a sunday bag but can easily fit 14 club.

I would def recco and while at TPI I did receive a lot of compliments from the TT team and fitters!
  21. 3 Years ago I bought my midstaff bag as I wanted a tour looking one, and I use a cart as well as I want to be able to bring all i need without killing myself carrying it. My bag is amazing. The quality is superb, worth every last dollar. Gobs of space for everything I need. Looks are amazing and always get compliments on it. A few others at my GC have similar as well, same deal. 3 years in and still looks like the day I bought it.

Happy with my recent addition of the Hybrid 5 Stand bag. I use a push cart often and like the channel for the strap. Worked with my shop and local rep to have the bag embroidered with the Team Titleist logo. For those that wonder about getting the TT logo on a bag....it's pretty simple....all you have to do is ask your local retailer or golf shop.

I started playing golf in 1985 and the very first bag i bought was a Burton golf bag. Not practical to carry because it was more of a staff bag, but it was beautiful and had my name in script on it. Not your typical bag for someone starting the game. That has always been my game, you are either all in or not for me. Not what I would recommend. I bought a Bag Boy pull cart and it fit well and did an outstanding job for a couple of years. After not listening to the manager at Edwin Watts at that time and purchasing a set of Wilson Staff FG 17 blades, I realized after two years of struggling with the clubs and that heavy bag, I was wrong in my choices. Next choice, was png all the way. Clubs and bag. Hoofer which I used for many years until I tried a Sun Mountain, which I had two of those, before purchasing Titleist bags. Honestly I found all these bags met my needs at that time in my life. Some things that I DO NOT LIKE are individual slots in golf bags. Fourteen holes does not make sense to me. Most holes do not allow for oversized grips. I had an issue with the SM bags and that is why I went to Titleist. Right now I have four Titleist bags and each has a purpose for me. I have an old lightweight carry bag. I can no longer walk and carry, but if I travel I have a hard case that it fits in nicely and there is room for extra balls, shoes and some clothes and I can carry on a small suitcase. I have a Cart bag for everyday use for cart use and it works so well. Meets all my needs. Lots of rooms. I also have two mid size tour bags. One past season black/white and the newer all back. Just depends on where I am going, what event I am playing in and what headcover set up I want to use. Bags are a personal thing and the other two I had I sold (including my Tour Folds of Honor). With all the bags available today, I would recommends that any who can walk purchase one that is waterproof and very lightweight. I have played some of the best bags, I can vouch for the bags that Titleist offers us. The only issue I have is that red fades quickly here in the hot sun in the south, but I have a choice, I order black bags. Hakuna matata!
