I am really surprised they are not coming out with that neck since both TM and Odyssey have it on there premium putter line.

It seems like this version is cheaper to produce IMO

You would think with the success of the spider they would release the flow neck hosel.

Yeah looks like they are not releasing the Justin Thomas putter after all. Not sure how it's inspired by JT when it's not JT putter at all?

Bummer I really wanted this putter and now will prob pass on it

Based on the pictures Scotty Cameron put on Instagram and the pictures on the Scotty Cameron website it will not be a flow neck but a different bend shaft compared to the 5M it also looks like it comes in on a different angle than the 5M which would make it difficult to chandler shafts to get similar effect. Lastly it is a different head shape than the 5M and the Justin Thomas model. It appears to be a similar head as the 5s which according to he website is a little smaller than the 5M model.

To answer your question I do not believe it would be as simple as just changing the shaft to get the correct toe flow effect.

The 5.5M is different than those pics though.

I'm intrigued... I've never had a putter kick out my Newport 2 but at times I do think I'd benefit from some of the mallet features. I just could never get used to the mallet. If this think acts like a blade in a mallet body it might be the winner.

Shaft configuration and no as the other futura models have double bend and this will have a short flare neck
