Visiting Bend, Oregon in the fall - any good recommendations? I have played Crosswater - a hidden gem!

Hopefully someone on here has played golf in the area. For me, it's fly in to your town and drive straight to Bandon. Do it every year. This time, we head there the day after Thanksgiving. Have a great trip to Bend!

You have a great trip to Band on. Where do you stay when you play Band on? What is your favorite course? I still like Bandon Dunes.

Just got an email from visitcentraloregon.com that has some good info and some fall discounts.
  6. Hi Kathy,

While Pronghorn and Tetherow get the spotlights, I've enjoyed Widgi Creek and Juniper. Heard great things about Black Butte is also amazing, in Sisters on the way in to Bend.

Have a great time, love that town. Recommend the beer garden at Goodlife Brewing too. Enjoy!

Kathy: I agree with Roger. I try to get to Bend every year. I have especially enjoyed Widgi Creek and Black Butte. Both courses are reasonably priced and fun to play. Widgi Creek is about five miles outside of Bend on the road to Bachelor Butte. As mentioned, Black Butte is a bit west of Sisters. Sisters is really a cute town and worth the 30 minute trip from Bend to see it. Rob.

Aspen Lakes in Sisters is a must play along with Widgi Creek.
