Delivery Timelines

Stock Golf Ball Shipments:
All orders of stock, non-customised golf balls will ship within 5 business days.

Custom Golf Ball Shipments:
All orders of custom golf balls (golf balls with text and/or logo) will ship within 5-7 business days.

Gear Shipments:
All Titleist golf gear items have a current lead time of 2-5 business days or less.

Stock gear and custom golf ball products will ship seperately.




Returns Policy

All sales of personalised or custom products are final and may not be returned. If you purchased a personalised or customised product online and you would like to talk to our Titleist experts about any inaccuracies, defects, or if it was damaged during shipping, please contact our customer service team at 0800 090 918 M-F 8:30AM - 5:00PM or email: mytitleist_uk@titleist.co.uk

If you purchased golf balls that were not personalised or customised and would like to talk to our Titleist experts about a return, please contact our customer service team at 0800 090 918 M-F 8:30AM - 5:00PM or email: mytitleist_uk@titleist.co.uk

If you are not completely satisfied with your Golf Gear purchase(s) on Titleist.co.uk, you may return it to us for a refund. We will refund unused, unaltered Golf Gear merchandise with all of the labels and tags attached within 14 days of original purchase date. Shipping and handling charges are not refundable. Final sale items are not eligible for returns.
