Sundance Course at A-Ga-Ming Golf Resort north of Traverse City MI. Beautiful morning. #17 is a 166 yd par three with an elevated tee. I hit a 9-iron and lost the ball as it dropped onto the green. Everybody in my group thought it must be hidden behind the pin but we knew it was a good shot. When we drove down to the green it was nowhere to be found. I didn't want to look so my partner walked over to the flag and said he found my ball mark (see photo) and asked me if that was my ball in the cup! So I missed the excitement of watching it go in but very satisfying regardless. The rest of the day I was walking on air.
