What a fantastic finish to a great two weeks. First, my son Ross and I attended the U.S. Open at Olympic Club in San Franciso on Father's Day weekend. The following week I was back home in Vancouver Washington preparing for my daughter's wedding. During the week Ross and I got in four rounds of golf while he was home for the wedding. Friday, June 22nd my wife Lisa and I celebrated 38 years of marriage by attending the wedding rehearsal and dinner. Saturday the 23rd, daughter Allison married Gabe at a great event. Then one week later while getting in a quick 18 with buddies Mike Plymale and Henri Moreau, before the honeymooners returned home, I get my first hole-in-one after about 50 years of golf. A sweet 6 iron from 163 yards. Life is good.
