Our annual family vacation in the Grand Lake, Colorado area, we were playing one of my favorite courses, Granby Ranch. I was playing with my brother and two of his sons, Michael and Sam. Sam hit the ball to 5 feet. My brother Bo hit a 7 iron but laid off of it so I decided to try and hit an 8 iron hard. I aimed just to the right of Sam's ball. I hit the ball as well as I can hit a ball right at the pin. My first thought was "that could go in." The greens were pretty hard and it landed short of the pin which made it even better as we watched the ball for a full 1-2 seconds before it disappeared into the hole. My group started yelling but I just kind of stood there with my arms raised. It was kind of shocking that it really happened. It was awesome!
