Well it was around 8 years ago I got my first official in season hole in one. The day of golf was not going well. Playing at Willowbrook golf Course in watertown, NY on the yellow course. I'm playing a small time money game along with the course pro Doug McDavitt and a bunch of other local golfers. My day had not started very good as I went Triple, Double, Double, Triple Bogey in the first four holes. Then I came to hole number 5 wich is a 170'ish par three with trees on both sides. I had just about given up on my game by now. Then it happened I hit a great shot into a small wind went on the green bounced and rolled a little then disappeared. Now me thinking the way my game has been going up to this point I figured yep long and off the green. Then Doug the course pro looks to me and says "no that's in the cup". I said nah no way it had to be long. sure enough we got up to the green doug went to the hole and lifted my ball out. It was the greatest day of golf I had all year and the funny thing is I ended up shooting one of the worst 9-holr scores I had all year.
