Bee sting ace

On a normal day my driver makes up for my lacking short game. Not so on this particular day. Rochester Ma. Country Club, 5th hole par 3, 128 yds. I stuck my tee shot 3" from the cup and thought, the irons feel good today. On the next hole as I addressed my second shot mid fairway I felt excruciating pain, pulsating and throbbing followed by increased numbing. The result of a bee stinging me directly in the elbow. I held ice 0n it between shots, played the hole out and proceeded to the next tee. 7th hole , 250 yds. and I drove my Titleist 25 yds. beyond the green. As I played the next few holes my right arm grew increasingly numb as a result of the sting and ice that I held on it between shots to reduce the pain. Hole 14. 180 yards normally a 6 iron for me but playing with limited feeling in my right arm I drove a 6 iron to the green. The ball carried straight at the flag, landed short of the green and rolled up and over a berm which runs sideways just in front. As the berm hides the cup I did not see the ball after it rolled up and over it. We approached the green and found no ball in front so we proceeded to the back of the green. Seeing no ball behind the green, my partner said "If its not behind the green, on the green or in front of the green it must be in the hole." I then walked up to the flag and saw my Titleist 1 sitting in the cup for my hole in one. Bees on the course are now a welcome sight to me.
