BOGEY FOLLOWUP

Playing in my regular group, on Labor Day Monday, I had just made a bogey 6 on the easy par 5 13th hole, a hole where par seems like a bogey. At hole 14, my SkyCaddie said 133 yards, and I had a pitching wedge in my hand, which I normally hit 130 yards. I decided to go with a 9 iron instead, thinking I could not get the wedge to the hole. The ball never left the pin, hit about three feet in front of the hole and then disappeared. In 54 years of playing golf, this is only my second ace.
