Christmas Hole in One

While playing with my normal foursome in our Monday, Wednesday, Friday, retired men's league, the unexpected happened to your's truly today. The day started out in a most unusual way. I birded holes #1, #2, #3, and finally came to hole #4, our first par three. Facing a slight one club wind, I pulled out my trusty 8 iron (714 AP2) took a smooth swing, hit a slight draw with my Prov1 and I was yelling all the way for it to get there because it would mean I would win closet to the pin and a skin. My foursome were saying, Chuck it is all over the flag. One hundred and twenty five yards later, it landed on the green and rolled into the hole. High fives all around and a double skin. This is my third hole in one and what a Christmas gift. Ended up shooting 32 on the front. The back another story. The wind picked up more and the course was under water. Shot at 43 with one birdie for a 75, not exactly what I had in mind after such a great front nine. All three of my aces occurred on this course. Hole #8 - May 2001, hole #11 - May 2012, hole #4 - December 23, 2015. With luck I will complete the grand slam. Off to the Titleist Hole in One club, again. Cheers, Chuck.....
