Closing it out with a Bang

It was the last hole of my last golf match my junior year in high school and I was the fourth group to be finishing. On this course in Bloomington, MN the 18th hole happened to be a short Par 3, 135 yards to be exact. My coaches, teammates, and competitors were surrounding the 18th green as the sun was setting behind the tee box. I had pared the last four holes in a row and was just looking to put the ball on the green. I stepped up to the ball and gave it a swing and watched as it was right on line. It bounced once and disappeared to the hole and I could not believe it, I threw my club and my hands up into the air as everyone behind the green erupted and high fives were exchanged between me and the other guys on the tee box. It was my first hole in one and the first time a member of my high school team had one in a match. My coach said it would be something he and I would never forget.
