I have never been fitted clubs in my life and I've decided to take the plunge as I firmly believe my 10 yr old equipment from another manufacturer is inferior now. I was told last month after a fascinating 30 minutes on a friend's trackman that driver lands like a 5 iron and I get very little run which is correct. This was a huge wake up call for me. I'm looking at getting fitted for a whole new set of Titleist clubs from driver through to putter in Jan or Feb next year at The National Fitting Centre, Gleneagles. On the website it states fitting with a certified technician only runs till end of September. My question is when does custom fitting at Gleneagles commence in 2017? Hopefully I'll get fitted by Graham Noblett. I've been suitably informed by a few friends that he is one of the best in the business. Any information will be gratefully relieved.
