It was like any other summer day in golf for me a 10 year old playing a mans game. I was at the Otterkill CC. It was a 6:30 A.M. shotgun. I started on the 16 hole a par 4. Then I went to the 17th hole. It was a 113 yard shot. My club selection was difficult because I was inbetween clubs. So I took out my 7 iron, with the president of the league watching me with great intent. It was time I set up to the ball I took a nice easy swing and.... I hit my shot a little fat I got a hole in my stomach hoping it would be good. Then the ball bounced once and eased into the cup. My heart was racing. High fives went all around. But, I still had a round to finish. I had a good day. I finished with a 91. I still have not had a hole in one since.....
