I currently live in Albuquerque, NM but I'm moving to Pensacola, FL in a week. My boss flew in from Phoenix to golf with me one more time before I left. Playing the round with my boss and co-worker, enjoying the day even though I wasn't playing particularly well. I just made a double bogey on hole 10 so I wasn't in the best of mood to tee off on hole 11. 153 yards to the middle of the green, over a pond, to a back pin. I thought an 8 iron to the middle of the green would be the best shot. I hit my Titleist Pro V1x solid, but I thought I pushed it a bit to the right. The ball hit just to the right of the pin, took one bounce and disappeared. My co-worker looked at me and asked, "Did that go in?" I said, "I don't know, but it looked like it did!" I thought maybe I had hit it over the green but when we got to the green, and I saw my ball in the cup, it was the most beautiful sight I had ever seen on a golf course!
