We were on a customer golf trip at Bandon Dunes. The 2nd day we were playing the Bandon course. I was in the last foursome. Hole #2 is a 170 yd par 3. My caddie clubbed me with a 6 iron. Said to keep it right of the hole and let it feed back off the slope at the back of the green. I hit it exactly where he instructed. We could see the ball take the slope but couldn't see it going in. He handed me my putter and said he didn't think I would need it. Walked up and didn't see my ball on the green and thought the wind blew it off into a pothole bunker. Caddie said look in the hole, and there it was! Went on to have an enjoyable round shooting an 80. Bandon is clearly my new favorite course and Pro V1's continue to be my favorite ball.
