I decided to surprise my wife at her family reunion in Huntington, WV. Their reunion is from Wednesday through Sunday!! The “fellas” play golf on Friday, so I flew up early Friday morning, just in time to meet them at the course, Sugarwood Golf Club! I used my wife’s cousins clubs! But, I brought my own Pro V1x balls!! We arrived at hole #4 - 177 yd par 3. I used his 6 iron. Flushed it. The ball never left the pin! It hit about 3’ in front of the flag, bounced past the hole and spun back to the left - and disappeared!!! It was surreal!!! First hole in 1! That one shot was such a cool “family reunion surprise!” Ended up shooting a smooth 76! Special weekend all the way around!!
