Finally it goes in

It was the Community Foundation Tournament and I had just thrashed a drive onto the 350 yard par 4 green and was fairly beaming with confidence when my partner lipped the eagle putt. Knowing the eagle would have been a potential skin. He made the joke as I walked up to the 175 yard par 3 that we might as well eagle this hole since we blew our chance on the last hole. Disregarding that, there was a slight wind in my face so I clubbed down to a 6 iron and took my stance. Now everyone who plays golf has there reasons for loving the game mine is thinking about absolutely dead centering the sweet spot. It sends a chill threw my body that nothing can duplicate. Well when I hit that 6 iron I knew where it was going and it was birdie range. But, it didn't, it landed in front of the cup and disappeared. I looked over at my cousin and he said,"YOU JUST HIT A HOLE IN ONE, DO A BACK FLIP OR SOMETHING." There was plenty of on lookers who gave a burst of cheering. I immediately looked for the hole in one prize sign for the hole but it wasn't there. A man walked up to me and shook my hand and said," sorry about there not being a hole in one prize my secretary forgot to insure the hole." I quickly asked,"What was you going to insure it for?" and he replied,"25,000 dollars." So that is my first hole in one story and I'm not mad about the prize money because I remember how it felt when I struck that ProV1x.
