I had already played 18 holes and had gone to the clubhouse to relax. Some guys were going back out to play some more so I went out just to watch. I did not have my clubs or shoes or even a ball. We decided to do some betting on closest to the pin on the first par 3 so I used a friends 8 iron and borrowed a ball from another friend. It was almost dark and we were playing to an elevated green. I hit a high draw that looked like it might be long. When we arrived to the green I was looking over the green to find my ball but it was no where to be found. I decided to look in the hole and there it was. My first hole in one.
