I am a member at Burlington Golf Club where I reside on the 18th hole. I was playing on October 19, 2016 with the Assistant Pro at BGC that afternoon when I aced the par-3, 169 yard 17th hole using an 8-iron. There was a light drizzle and very cloudy that day and very few members were on the course. The green on 17 is only about 300 yards or less from my home so it was special to have my first one that close to home!
