I was playing in the Elevated Green's NCGA Associate Club Championship Tournament, and was already having the round of my life when on the tee box of the 198 yard 8th hole I hit my tee shot dead straight at the flag from the moment it left the club but saw the ball land a few yards short of the green but couldn't see anything else because of the distance and glare. One of the guys and I thought we heard the tink of the flag stick but the other two guys said the ball stopped short. So after everyone else hit we were driving to the green and we didn't see my ball and it us that the ball may be in the hole so when approching the green the other guys decided to stay back and let me make the walk to check the hole alone and I was so shocked I didn't know what to say when I saw my Velocity 22 sitting in the cup. I screamed and so did the rest of the guys and it was just such an unreal experience, I took a couple pictures and celebrated for a few minutes but then it was right back to it since we were in the front nine of the first round of a two round tourney. I had so much energy going through me I drop kicked my next drive but it was totally worth it and I managed to pull it back together and still shot the low round of my life.
