Harvey Tew

I am 74 years old, and live in Everett Pa. As on every morning 4 to 5 days a week three of us Clair who is 81 years old, and Perry who is the youngster at 67. Have for many years now teed off on number one before the club house is even opened. For two reasons, one, "Get-er-done" and two, we can not take the heat. While playing on Wednesday August 3, 2016 with my two old golfing buddies; at Down River's golf course. Around 9 AM we arrived on the tee of #13 which is listed at 188 yards for seniors at Down River's golf course. After Clair with his driver, and Perry and his 4 hi-bred and their balls and missed the green with their shots I chose my trusty 5 wood. After making good contact with the ball and watching the ball hit on the green I gave out the yell we always say "Go in the hole! Go in the hole." To my surprise it did. What makes this shot so good is this is my only second time on the green this year. By the way this is the second time I had a hole-in-one on this hole. I also had two other holes in-one on the second hole. I do count myself lucky, because Clair, the one who is 81 years has never gotten a hole-in-one after playing over 60 years.
