It was a 6 person mixed scramble. We started on hole 10. As we were finishing hole 12, thunder and lightening came in. They blew the horn and there was a 45 minute delay until we could go back out on the course. We went to hole 13, Par 3 135 yards from the blue tee. 4 people went and we had no balls on the green yet. I teed up a Titleist AVX ball and hit a little draw shot and it was going right at the pin and landed 2 feet behind the pin and spun back into the cup. We didn’t actually see it go in, I asked the next guy to go if he saw it and he said it might of went in and I said “ya right”. So he hit his ball to about 12 feet above the hole and I saw a yellow leaf by the hole, in which I thought was my ball. As we drove up I still didn’t see my ball, only his. So I stopped and ran up to the green and looked in the cup and there was my ball at the bottom. My first ever hole in one after 6 years of golfing. Most exciting round of golf in my life.
