I was standing on the first tee box, got my range finder out and shot the flag. It was a perfect pitching wedge. I went through my routine stepped up and hit it. It was a solid shot off the club face but pulled 10ft left of the flag. I immediately told my friend "watch this go in. " As I watched my ball feed slowly to the right toward the flag the anticipation grew and then all of the sudden my ball disappeared. I threw my club in the air and laughed and said "I called that." I hope it is my first of many more to come.
