My name is Brad Hamann, and I am thrilled to share my hole-in-one story! It happened yesterday, August 12, 2019 at Saddlebrook Golf Course in Indianapolis, IN. I was with my friends Scott McLaughlin and Mark Brouwer. I was on the tee box of Hole #8, which is a Par 4. I used a Titleist Pro-Titanium 975J Driver, which is a club that my father-in-law had given me years ago. I remembered Scott telling me that my aim was a little off on the previous hole, so I consciously remember adjusting my stance when I hit the drive. Hitting the ball felt really good, and I knew I solidly hit it. I took the next 5-10 seconds watching the ball until it disappeared right at the green. As we drove up to the green, I could not see my yellow golf ball anywhere. Mark asked, "Are you going to look in the cup?" I told him that this would be highly unlikely, especially on a Par 4. It was a shorter Par 4, though, but I was looking everywhere around the green. No sign of it. I watched Mark approach the pin and he SCREAMED! He screamed, "There is yellow in there!! That is your ball!" I said, "You are totally joking. You are kidding me, right?!" Oh my gosh, I could not believe what I saw! Scott and Mark immediately took pictures, and we spoke to Jackson Krauter, the GM and Director of Golf. We wanted to make sure you were aware that I used the Titleist Pro-Titanium 975J Driver on my first ever hole-in-one, and on a Par 4 at that! What an amazing feeling and experience! I would be thrilled to send you any other information you need to have this registered with Titleist. What a driver, what a shot, what a hole-in-one! Thank you!
