I am a member of Willowbend golf club in Wichita Kansas which is owned by Woody Austin and I was playing in a little tournament. There were 3 groups of players and I was in the last group. Woody played 6 holes with each group. Just by chance he played the last six with me, my son and my wife. I walk up to 17 with the wind in my face and about 165 yards to the pin. I take out a 7 iron and told my son that it would be a good day for a hole in one and right before I hit it I told him why not now. I hit the ball with a little draw and it bounced once and disappeared.
