8th hole at Harbor Links in Klamath Falls Oregon, a par three 'island green' 141 yards and I have a AP1 7 iron in my grasp. The wind is howling from the left, hole location is 'blue flag back, right hand side behind the sand trap'. The ball leaves the club face, bends with the wind, lands middle of the green, rolls right and disappears behind the sand trap..."It's in the hole" one of my buddies yells!!! And so it was after 13 years of golf my first hole in one!!!
