It has been a long time. I had just come off an eagle on the preceding par 5, and was pretty pumped from that.

On the next hole, I'm staring at a little 134 yd par 3 with water left and sand right. Pin was tucked front right. Couldn't go long (bunker), left and short was water.

Like I said, I was still on a high from the preceding eagle, so I grabbed a GW and proceeded to hit this beautiful high draw just right of the pin. Thought it was a bit long, so started yelling for it to 'git down', even though the ball never listens.

Saw it land about 10' past the pin and start drawing back. I glanced away to look at who-knows-what when all of a sudden my playing partners started yelling and jumping up and down! I didn't even get to see it go in!

This is my third, and after 21 years figured I was done, but hey, sometimes good things just happen. Oh, and all three were with a Titleist ball... :)
