My First Hole in One. I was standing on the 8th Hole, an uphill, short 128 yard par 3 at The Ojai Valley Inn & Country Club, a beautiful Golf Course; and I told my brother Matt, I was going to make a Hole in One, right there and I hit it simply perfect (a rare swing by me indeed) and we both watched in hit, then roll and disappear. At that point, we did not know if the ball had rolled down a sloped part of the green, since the hole is uphill, or if we just saw it drop into the hole, out of sight!
Upon reaching the green, we saw his ball on the green to the right of the PIN and no other ball, except a divot about 18 in from hole, right in front of the Pin. We then knew we'd walk to the hole and see it in there and it was! an amazing surreal feeling!

I wish for every golfer to experience this feeling, at least just once!
