On February 5th as I was leaving my home I told my wife
Marsha that I would be calling her when I get my Hole in
One today. On the 15th Hole by our home at Greenhorn Creek Golf Course in Angels Camp, Ca., I hit a NXT Tour Titleist
in the hole (after rolling for 20 feet), called my wife
who happened to be looking out our rear window. I said
did you see that shot and she said yes, it rolled a few
feet from the hole. I said it went it the hole. She
didn't believe me because I had made the prediction. I had
to get my playing partner, Mike Turnbow, on the phone to
tell her it really happened. Besides winning closest to
the pin I won a $100.00 skin (it was in the monthly
men's club tournament. I forgot all about my prediction
until the ball was retrieved from the hole.
