I Paul Seguin, carded my 2nd Hole-In-One but this time it was for an Albatross!!!! 1 on a Par 4. As you can see on the scorecard
I started off to a very bad start. I came up to the Par 5 6th hole needing to make a change to my round. I drained a 25 foot putt for the Eagle and finally put a smile on my face.
My playing partner even said "Look he smiled for the first time today". As we were heading over to the 7th tee box, I go on to mention "This game is awesome, all it takes is one hole to change everything", only if I know what was about to happen on the next hole.
The 7th is a Short 330 yard Par 4, and the Green is covered by a mound right in front of the green so all you can see is the flag stick. Coming off the eagle I had to go with the driver, I poured it and was just left of the green but the fairway slopes from left to right so I knew it was perfect but you can see where it lands due to the way you can see
the green from the tee. We all tee off and my partner Todd who I was riding with wanted to drive up close to the green to check out the green to see where the stick was for his second shot. Well I could see my ball anywhere so I was gonna get off and go look for it but Todd would not let me joking around saying "Cause its probably in the hole", I disagreed but agreed to wait.
After everyone hits their shots and we head to the green. I was the last one to walk up to the green and I asked them if they have seen my ball and Rick points to a ball on the green in the back of the green but It wasn't my ball and everyone else balls have been a counted for. There was a couple seconds of silence as we all were looking around and then Rick says
"Well their is a dew ball line going right to the hole from the front of the green as the stick was in the front edge of the green. Casey then goes to say "Rick Shut the H%** Up!", Todd then quickly walks up to the hole and then screams with hands in the air "ITS IN THE FREAKING HOLE!!!!!!", WE ALL GO CRAZY!!! Jumping around, I get tackled and high fives all around. It was awesome!!!
and crazy to go Eagle, (Double Eagle) Albatross, Back to Back!!!!! Greatest Day of My Life, besides the day I married my Wife!!!
