We were 138 to a tucked right corner pin behind a rise running across the green on #5 at Aberdeen in the St Louis area. A little windy, quartering into us and I only took my 9 iron to the tee, riding, and was too lazy (at 65) to walk back to the cart for the 8. Having played this shot a number of times on this hole anyway I decide to just hood the 9 a little and play a low draw...one of the foursome, who works there, says he believes it went in but couldn't confirm it. When we get to the green he acts like he's going to race me to the hole so we high-tailed from the carts and sure enough there it is in the hole! That's two in a row without getting to see it go in but I'm not complaining!
