My first hole in one came on Oct. 12th, 2011. I have been playing for 25 years. I was having a terrible round. We came to the 7th. hole,a par three 179 yards. The flag we up a little so tied the ball up an hit a three iron.

My partner Jim said it "looks good", having one good eye and one not so good I could only tell it felt great.

Sure enough, it rolled in.

If the golf god says I only get one every 25 years I'm going to enjoy this one because I won't be around for the next opportunity.
