My First Ace - Barry Rostholder

I am 66 years old and live in The Villages, Florida. With almost 700 holes of golf we are the largest golf complex in the world. After golfing for over 40 years and never getting a hole in one, I had about given up hope. But last Wednesday I was playing Tarpon Boil, one of our executive courses. We got to the 4th hole which was playing 116 yards. I took out my pitching wedge and hit a pretty good shot. It looked like it was going to be close from the moment I hit it. It landed on the free, took a little hop, and rolled right into the cup. What a thrill it was to watch the ball disappear into the hole. I was hitting a Pro V1, so I thought you guys would enjoy my story. There's a lesson here....never give up hope!
