I was playing a match against my dad and my buddies at the Piedmont Driving Club par 3 course. We came to the ninth hole with the match on the line. I decided to hit a 9 iron from 65 yards. I teed up on the ground, and then I took a few steps back and looked at my shot and took a few practice swings. I stepped up to the ball, took one last deep breath, got lined up, and hit the ball. The shot went pretty high up, over the bunker, onto the green one foot from the pin, and the ball hopped into the hole on its second bounce.

I'm nine years old and this was my first ace. I made it with a Titleist 3 NXT Tour.
