It was late afternoon on August 25th 2019. I was playing with two of my children at Canebrake Country Club in Hattiesburg, MS. I had just received my new Titleist T200 irons about a week earlier. The clouds were beginning to turn dark as an afternoon thunderstorm approached. We were on hole 4. It was 139 yards. I hit my 9 iron. The ball was in a perfect line to the pin. The ball landed and rolled a couple of feet. The next sound I heard was the ball hitting the pin while I watched it disappear into the cup. My first hole in one! I unfortunately did not get to finish my round due to weather, but was 1 under thru 8.
