I was playing in a scramble. Number 12 hole is an uphill green out of sight from the tee. All you can see is the top half of the flag. The hole plays at approximatly 130 yards as a result of the uphill shot and over a small pond in front of the tee. The ball hit 3 feet from the pin as we could tell by the ball mark we repaired and must have rolled into the cup as we could not see it land. One of the other players said it went in the cup. I responded that at least we'd should get a birdie on this hole. None of the other players landed their shot on the green so when we went to the top of the hill to the green we saw no balls on the green. Checked the cup and the ball was in it--hole in one! My first one ever at age 62!
