It was a gorgeous, hot summer day. I struggled on hole 7. Was last to tee off on hole number 8-- 174 yard par 3. I hit a 6 iron. It felt good when it left the club. I saw it hit the green and then I could not see the ball. I thought it may have gone in but I wasn't sure. I started getting nervous as I approached the green. I saw three of the four ball but not mine. When I looked in the cup, there it was! We all freaked out, high-fives and hugged. It was a great way to enjoy my first hole-in-one.
