I joined a great group of 36 guys who have been going down to Myrtle Beach for 16 years on the best run golf event I have ever been apart. It was the final swing of the tournament for us in a scramble. We eagled the hole prior to get to ten under. We were using golf game book and could see all the other groups scores. We knew the eagle on 17 got us back into the hunt; however, we had a par 3 to finish and it looked twelve under would win. I was last to hit on a short 87 yard, tiny green surrounded by bunkers. I hit a 3/4 lob wedge that took one bounce and trickled right into the cup. Our group went crazy as it was the shot to win the event.
