When I say it's all about luck, I truly believe it the case for me. I had wanted to play golf so decided to join the Lady 9ers to force me to go out and learn. I started playing in August, 2018. This particular day I decided I would sign up with ladies that I don't normally play with and meet new people. We played the back 9 which is a tough course to begin with, and it was winter conditions that were not good. Of course I didn't give it two thoughts that I would use my driver on a hole 127-yards to the red flag. I was the last driver of our foursome and we all began searching for "where did the ball go." Another gal said, I think it went in and I said, "its probably hiding behind the pin and we can't see it from here." Well, the rest is history! I was shocked and its been a fun notch in my cap for sure!
